What you will do

• —Research attractive sectors, subsegments, and business models
• —Map target company universes across Mexico
• —Support sourcing workflows and target prioritization
• —Prepare founder-ready research briefs and market summaries
• —Assist with outreach preparation and CRM hygiene
• —Help organize acquisition pipeline data and decision frameworks
• —Contribute to diligence materials and strategic analysis as opportunities advance

What we are looking for

• —MBA student or recent MBA with strong analytical training
• —Clear interest in search funds, acquisitions, or long-term company building
• —Excellent written communication and structured thinking
• —High attention to detail
• —Comfort working in ambiguity with limited supervision
• —Strong research ability across companies, sectors, and business models
• —Bias toward initiative and execution
• —Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
